1. What is Teefou?

Teefou: Teefou is a clothing and apparel online store. Our products are such as tshirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, canvas, tank top and much more. We also sell mug and other printing products. Our products are printed in USA and worldwide shipping.

2. What kind of shirts do you use?

Teefou: We carry well-known brands like Gildan, Hanes, American Apparel, Next Level, Canvas and more. What's more, we also offer a variety of products to meet your requests, like items that are made in the U.S.A. or made of moisture-wicking material. Just ask if you have a special request!

3. When will I receive my item(s)?

Teefou: Orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive 10-21 days after you finish your order checkout. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will arrive 21-25 days after you finish your order checkout.

P.S: If you order in the weekend, it might be 2-3 days lately.

4. Can I track my order(s)?

Teefou: When your item is printed and shipped, immediately we will send you a Track ID. Easily you can track your order through our Track Order page. We also frequently send you email to update your item tracking.

5. How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?

Teefou: U.S. Shipping Rates: All Products $8
*Some products may have an additional up charge

Canada and EU Shipping Rates: All Products $10
*Some products may have an additional up charge

International Shipping Rates: All Products $10 if you need your item(s) shipped from our factory in Europe and $14 if you need them shipped from U.S.
*Some products may have an additional up charge.

BUT in US, Canada and EU, we've got a great discount to you if you order at least 2 items with total checkout over 50$, the shipping fee is FREE.

6. What methods of payment do you accept?

Teefou: We accept all major credit cards through 2Checkout, as well as easy checkout options through Paypal.

7. My order was lost?

Teefou: If for whatever reason your order was not delivered, please contact us by sending us an e-mail to support@teefou.com

8. Can I cancel my order?

Teefou: We are unable to cancel orders once an offer has closed and the printing process has commenced. Please refer to our return policy for information regarding returns and refunds.

In some case, send us an email with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund.
